DIMMS

The O2 DIMMS are newly designed, dual-interleaved synchronous DRAM, which conform to JEDEC standard MO-179 and are available from a variety of suppliers.

Features:

  • 4 banks of dual-interleaved DIMMs per system
  • 32 to 256 MByte capacity with 16 Mbit SDRAMs
  • 128 to 1024 MByte capacity with 64 Mbit SDRAMs
  • DIMM types can be mixed, but in pairs.
